Kenna Pearson REAL ESTATE BROKER

Kenna Pearson
REAL ESTATE BROKER

I believe that investing in real estate can create long term wealth and stability. I rely largely on my years of transaction experience, market knowledge and innovative approach to leverage a successful deal for my clients. More than anything, I want you to feel great about your experience for years to come, not just in the immediate future.

I grew up in the industry; my Dad was a Broker & my Mom was an escrow closer. Blending those two worlds comes naturally to me and has proven to be a true asset. I moved here from Colorado to attend University of Washington and simply fell in love with Seattle.

I hope to parlay my 13+ years in the industry to help you achieve your Real Estate goals. Let me know how I can help!

Why others like me and you should too.

My wife and I had only just started our home search process when we met Kenna. She was quite helpful and informative, but more importantly, she was incredibly responsive to our needs.

We stumbled on our perfect home maybe two days after meeting Kenna. At that point, we hadn’t made any of the  necessary preparations to put in an offer. Fortunately for us, that was no problem for Kenna. In about 24 hours time, she helped us secure financing, get our affairs in order, and put in an offer that was ultimately accepted. She worked tirelessly for us, and for that we are grateful. I would highly recommend Kenna, especially if you are looking for a real estate professional that is responsive and detail oriented.

Kenna is wonderful. Her patience, knowledge, and constant persistence made the real estate process seem less like a chore. I would highly recommend anyone to look her way when thinking of buying a home. I tell everyone I can already. I can legitimately say that I would not have my place now if it wasn’t for her.

Kenna was great. She knew the areas of Seattle very well. Kenna works 24/7 there was never a time where I was the one waiting for her to get back to me.
— Parker R.
Kenna was very professional and cared about us. She contacted us whenever something came up during the process. Once we had some questions about the property late in the evening we got response just in a short while. It was amazing.

In the competitive Seattle market, the correct real estate agent can be the difference between an offer that is accepted vs not. Kenna is a true professional and incredible to work with. She is courteous, communicative, prompt, reliable, and realistic.

Kenna helped us purchase our first home in the Greenwood area by walking us through the intricate nuances of the Seattle market, explaining every single document as many times as I asked, and providing prompt communication to any request. We toured many houses and she was able to quickly point out details that would be overlooked by our naïve eyes. Kenna’s professionalism went from a 10/10 to an 11/10 during the offer and closing process when she coordinated communication between us and the seller’s agents, scheduled inspections, met the appraiser, communicated with our loan officer, and kept every important stakeholder informed throughout the process.

Kenna knocked it out of the park for us and far exceeded my expectations. Without any reservations, I recommend Kenna Pearson to anyone who is looking for a Real Estate agent.

More than just a house. Find The Right Asset & Home for you.

I’m extremely honored and humbled that I have had the opportunity to help so many great people. Below are a handful of case studies where I get to reflect on the key aspects of each home, what conflicts arose or needed mitigating, and the custom strategies towards the best possible outcome for my client in the end.

Medina

New classic

Better than new Medina home, early 2000s build but in a classic style fitting the neighborhood. I represented the buyers who were targeting the coveted school district. There were multiple offers but we were able to win the day. This was really an example of having a strong strategy, due diligence prior to submitting the offer and great realtor to realtor connections.

Eastlake

Dwell Magazine moment

Truly a rare home with views of UW, Seattle Yacht club and the picturesque water of Portage Bay inbetween. Designed with the utmost detail and furnished with a curator’s eye. Key was capturing it all. Video, multiple sets of photos, timing weather, etc was all key. In the end, we had 7 offers and were also able to negotiate the best terms for the seller who wanted to stay in the home rent free after closing before relocating to California.

Belltown

Mosler lofts view

One of my favorite condo buildings in Seattle! Mosler Lofts has a healthy HOA, sleek loft design & perfect balance of amenities/dues; a stellar option for condo ownership. The challenge was high $/SF and educating the buyer pool & their agents about the ins/outs of purchasing a condo. The eventual buyer came through 3 open houses before offering. Open houses are still the best way for us to provide the right information to buyers.

Ballard

Updated 1940s

Mid-century home updated just right. Fitting perfectly into the Ballard neighborhood but with some thorough remodeling inside. The lower level had been professionally finished, major system updates, & the kitchen was also redone. I counseled reconciling the old with the new as we prepared to sell - I helped coordinate vendors for neutral paint, restoring the original hardwoods & full staging to appeal to the widest range of home buyers. That extra effort and research paid off with record open house attendance, 9 offers and escalation in price beyond what any of us could have expected.

Living it up in Seattle.

- Focused on the thriving Seattle Metro area and surrounding neighborhoods -

I believe in the protection of assets and return on investment; the closer to the urban core = better protection through any market condition or cycle.
